Both NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian offer residents an abundance of resort-style amenities to enjoy all summer long. While both communities had to temporarily close down some amenities due to COVID-19, social distance-friendly amenities remained open to continue providing residents with an active and entertaining lifestyle. NatureWalk provides its residents a horticultural area and miles of beautiful nature trails perfect for homeowners looking to get some fresh air, connect with the outdoors and admire the picturesque mountain views. Walk, hike or bike the trails, or make your way to the dog park for a game of fetch with your furry friend. At The Georgian, residents with a separate membership can continue to access the community's Tom Fazio-designed golf course, The Frog, to play a game or perfect their swing.
NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian residents are now enjoying access to all community amenities, even those that had temporarily closed to promote safety. Both communities' water-park style pools have returned with a splash with their super saucer slides, water buckets and other features including beach-entry pools, relaxing adults-only pools, lap lanes and more. Playgrounds are also back in action to provide even more opportunities for neighborhood fun. Artisan Built Communities took the time during the amenities' closures to take care of minor maintenance tasks to ensure these community fun spots are in tip-top shape moving forward, allowing them to serve as the perfect substitute to your summer vacation plans.
Along with pools and playgrounds, both communities offer other incredible amenities to enjoy. These include a tennis center and a community clubhouse that is host to several group activities and events. NatureWalk residents also have access to additional amenities including volleyball and basketball courts, soccer fields and picnic pavilions.
