I Stay or Should I Move Now?" senior
panel event. Stop by the Seven Hills clubhouse on Thursday August 8, 2024,
from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for a fun evening of discussion and community.
Wondering how to navigate the decision to age in place or consider
alternative living options? This panel will address challenges that aging
seniors and their families face, providing advice and solutions from real
estate professionals. Some special topics on the program include financial and
estate planning, insurance and downsizing.
"The journey of aging
can be daunting," said President of Artisan Built Communities Stephen Haines.
"We hope this event will provide valuable information and resources to help
active adults make informed decisions about their future."
Attendees can look forward to a full panel of experts, led
by host Maria VanVurst, a senior real estate specialist with Keller Williams
and Maria Making Moves Realty. Dale Hoeflinger, financial planner with Wells
Fargo Advisors will be speaking on the panel for this event, alongside Kathy
Springer, Medicare advocate with Spring Senior Solutions, LLC; Janet
Ponichtera, community connections specialist with Nelson Elder Care Law; Kathy
Lathem, a strategic partnership manager with Cobb Senior Services; Davide VanVurst,
founder and home Inspector with Phoenix Real Estate Solutions; and Tara Schram,
owner of assisted living locators.
Attendees are also encouraged to participate in the
discussion and come ready to ask questions! Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served
during the event.
