We are thrilled to present
potential home buyers the opportunity to travel through every floor plan in our
library thanks to the use of virtual reality technology! Our virtual reality
tours will be available seven days a week during normal operating hours at the
Model Park at NatureWalk at Seven Hills.
Our President Stephen Haines stated, "We are excited to offer this new technology to help our home buyers find the plan that is perfect for their lifestyle. The ability to virtually walk through a floor plan is considerably more helpful than viewing a flat drawing or even taking a Matterport tour online. As our plan library continues to grow, this technology will allow buyers to simulate walking through each plan, giving them the opportunity to feel the size and scope of the home. We've also staged the plans, giving buyers a better understanding of how each home lives."
By using VR headsets, our Model Park guests can tour floor plans that are currently unavailable as traditional model homes. Providing an immersive experience, the headsets allow prospective home buyers the chance to observe a fully constructed home without the traditional model home having to be built. The virtual tours are facilitated by the use of Matterport tours that are made 3-D thanks to the use of virtual reality.We currently have four constructed model homes for buyers to tour. Featured in the Heritage Pointe active adult section at The Georgian is the Braselton plan. The Model Park at NatureWalk at Seven Hills features the Rabun, Savannah and Dalton plans. The NatureWalk at Seven Hills Model Park is open Monday through Saturday.
